Minnesota Ground Beef And Wild Rice Hotdish!!!

Ingredients:

1 pound lean ground beef

1/2 cup onion, diced

1 cup celery, sliced

1 cup carrots, sliced

1 cup Minnesota wild rice, rinsed well

3 tablespoons soy sauce

3 cups water

1- 10.5 ounce can cream of mushroom soup

1- 10.5 ounce can cream of chicken soup

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

 

Minnesota Ground Beef And Wild Rice Hotdish!!!

 

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Grease a 9×13 glass baking dish.

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and onion until beef is cooked.
Drain excess grease.

Add the remaining ingredients to the skillet, stir until fully combined.

Remove from heat and pour into the baking dish.

Bake for 2 hours or until rice is tender.

Remove from oven and let stand for 5-10 minutes before serving.
