PUMPKIN OATMEAL!!!

Dig into a delicious filling bowl of this Pumpkin Oatmeal with crisp apple and sweet blueberries it’s the perfect start to any day.

To Make this Recipe You need The following ingredients:

INGREDIENTS:

40g (1.5oz( cup of oats – 1 HEb

1/4 cup of 100% pure pumpkin puree, canned

1 cup of water

pinch of cinnamon

pinch of salt

drizzle of milk of your choice from HEa allowance (I use cashew) – part HEa

1 small apple, diced

handful of blueberries

1 small ginger biscuit, crumbled – 1.5 syns

1 tbs of maple syrup (or use brown sugar) – 2 syns

 

PUMPKIN OATMEAL!!!

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Add the oats, water and pinch of salt to a saucepan over a medium high heat, stirring occasionally until the oats are lovely and thick and most of the water is absorbed.

Stir in the pumpkin puree and cinnamon and continue to stir until the oatmeal looks silky in appearance.

Add to a bowl, drizzle with some milk of your choice.

Top with chopped apple, blueberries, the maple syrup and crumbled mini ginger biscuit
