Ingredients:
1 tbsp melted butter
1 large egg
3 tbsp almond flour
1.5 tbsp sweetener (I use Erythritol)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
Melt 1 tbsp of butter in a small microwave-safe bowl.
Add in 1 large egg, 3 tbsp almond flour, 1.5 tbsp sweetener, 1/2 tsp baking powder, and 1/4 tsp vanilla extract.
Pour 1/2 of the batter into a mug or a cup and set the other half aside.
Into the batter that you set aside, mix in 1/2 tbsp of cocoa powder and mix well.
Pour the chocolate batter into the vanilla one and swirl slightly with a small spoon.
Microwave for 60 seconds until cooked through.
Serve immediatly.
